ASC Theatre Camp offers two summer Shakespeare intensives for ages 13-18.  Each three-week session offers Shakespeare study, theatre training, and performance experience on the Blackfriars stage. ASC Theatre Camp participants attend all professional productions at the Blackfriars Playhouse and are taught by ASC Scholars and artists.  We offer both residential and day-student options. More »

Workshops

The ASC creates a variety of workshops for all age groups.  In addition to our pre-made workshops, such as our popular "Curing the ShakesFear" and "Playing the Stage" series, we will tailor-make workshops to fit the specific needs of your school, corporate environment, or community group. While we provide brief descriptions of some of the most commonly requested workshops, please let us know how we can best accommodate your unique needs. 

Educational Residency Program

Bring ASC Education to you, wherever you are. Our ASC Education Residency Program supports both teachers and students with hands-on methods and instruction in the course of producing a play.  The ASC Education residency is a flexible module, and participants can choose a program lasting anywhere from a weekend to three weeks and featuring anywhere from one to three ASC Education artists and scholars.
