Manager of Development Operations

Heidi Findlay is the Manager of Development Operations at the American Shakespeare Center. Prior to her work with the ASC, she worked as Matching Gift Manager for James Madison University. She earned her BS in Management and Organizational Development from Eastern Mennonite University and her MS in Nonprofit Management and Philanthropy from Bay Path College. Heidi currently serves as the volunteer Executive Director of Elkton Welcome Center and, in her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering, cooking, and outdoor activities.
