ASC on Tour Troupe Manager/Assistant Director

Glenn Schudel holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Florida Southern College and a Master of Letters in Shakespeare and Renaissance Literature in Performance from Mary Baldwin College. During the 2011/2012 artistic year, he served as the assistant director and troupe manager for the Almost Blasphemy Tour and as the assistant director for A Christmas Carol. Previous work with the ASC includes dramaturgy for Wild Oats (2010) and The Malcontent (2012), serving as a production assistant on Macbeth (2010) and Look About You (2011), and dramaturgy and text coaching for the ASCTC.

He has been an assistant director and text coach for the Richmond Shakespeare Festival and a dramaturg for EndStation Theatre Company.  Outside of Virginia, Glenn has worked as an assistant stage manager for the Asolo Repertory Theatre (Sarasota, FL), associate artistic director for Love Creek Productions (NYC), and founding member and artistic director for Plays Well With Others (Chicago, IL).
