Lodging

The ASC On Tour requires 7 hotel rooms for its 11-to-12 member troupe from the evening prior to the first scheduled event through the night of the final scheduled event.

Meals

The ASC On Tour also requires venues to provide meals for the troupe beginning with dinner prior to the first scheduled event through breakfast on the morning after the final scheduled event. While the ASC On Tour prefers cash per diems, catered meals, campus meals and restaurant vouchers (including non-alcoholic beverage and tip) will be considered.

Travel Fees

Travel fees are based on actual miles traveled.

All-inclusive Pricing

All-inclusive pricing is also available (includes performance fee, meals, lodging, travel).

Payment

The ASC On Tour requires a 10% deposit of total fees to be returned with the signed contract. A 40% deposit of total fees is due 90 days prior to the first scheduled event.  The final payment is due on the day of the first scheduled event.
