2009 Actor's Renaissance Season Packages: Seminar in a weekend, full course in a week.

Actors Renaissance Season Group Packages:
Bring your students to the Blackfriars Playhouse during our Actors’ Renaissance Season to see the process, enjoy the shows, work with the actors and scholars, and, in short, get a course in a few days that they couldn’t get elsewhere in a month.

What is the Actor’s Renaissance Season?
Veteran ASC actors craft plays the way Shakespeare’s King’s Men did by working collaboratively and without the filter of a director. Approximating Shakespeare’s original staging conditions on the only historically researched Shakespearean stage in the United States, the actors put on energetic, exhilarating productions of five classic early modern scripts.

Resident faculty and visiting scholars have included:  Ralph Alan Cohen, Colleen Kelly, Tiffany Stern, Paul Menzer, William P. Williams, Giles Block, Don Weingust, Carol Levine, Patrick Tucker, Jenny Tiramani, Barbara Palmer.
